Brian Anderson

Personal Experience & Biography

Dr. Brian Anderson has over fifteen years in the mental health field and ten years as a counselor.  He received a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Forest Institute of Professional Psychology where he specialized in clinical psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis.  Dr. Anderson received a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas Little Rock, where he also  graduated with a triple major in Psychology, Honors in Early European History, and Speech Communications. He completed his doctoral internship at Pacific Rehabilitation Centers in Everett, Washington before relocating to Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Alabama specializing in Chronic Pain Management, where behavioral techniques were used to help patients reduce chronic pain. He has also worked extensively with aging individuals who struggle with cognitive delays, behavioral disturbances, and poor physical health.

​As a certified personal trainer and behavior analyst, Dr. Anderson specializes in modifying undesired behaviors using solution focused techniques such as Behavioral Modification, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Logotherapy, and Problem Solving Therapy.  He has worked extensively with children and their caretakers, adults wanting to improve their health, and individuals who struggle with communicating their thoughts and feelings.

Jennifer Anderson

Personal Experience & Biography

As a mother of two with over 15 years in the education field, Jennifer’s passion is to provide
opportunity for children. She recognizes that early intervention is the surest way to lay the
groundwork for future success. As a parent, she empathizes with other parents who struggle to do the best for their children while managing life as it comes and goes. The deepest fear every parent has is that they’re making an irreversible mistake that impacts their children. For this reason, she is committed to creating a boutique clinic with low BCBA to client ratio, innovative services, and accountability for all staff. Through this, she hopes to relieve some of the stress that other parents feel as they raise their special loved ones.

Daniel Baker

Personal Experience & Biography

Daniel is a passionate, patient, and high-energy Behavior Analyst who combines traditional ABA with empathy-based techniques to maximize every moment of treatment. He is often found playing his guitar, cultivating tropical plants, and photographing nature.

As someone with incredible work/personal life balance, he understands that following a individual’s natural motivation for learning is the ultimate training tool. His team utilizes classical ABA in a client-centered  paradigm, which provides greater understanding of
concepts rather than simple memorization of answers.

Lori Popa

Personal Experience & Biography

Lori is a fun, dedicated, and experienced behavior analyst who combines her ongoing research to maximize the motivation of each client. While she is also trained in a
traditional ABA paradigm, her well-balanced and eclectic use of ABA truly captures the heart of child development. She enjoys traveling, fashion, and being the caring mother of her two beautiful daughters. As a valuable part of the TCA team, Lori brings incredible
balance and a calming presence to the children she serves.
